What Causes Pain In The Right Testicle?
Hi doctor, Yesterday night, my right testicle started to ache, seemed to be coming from the back of my testicle. But I did not do any type of activities that could harm my testicle. On the next day, i found that my right testicle went slightly larger and hang horizontally. What happened doctor?

I really appreciate your concern, such testicle pain could be due to some uneven pressure might have happen during sleep second it could be due to infection the clinical examination is the option to clear the diagnosis till then you can try Tab Ibuprofen 200 mg three times in day hope this information helps.
