What Causes Pain In The Right Thigh With Weakness In The Knee?
Hi I am having sudden pain in my right thigh down past my knee. I have rt hip replacement but that doesn t hurt. Can not put any weight on it. Doesn t hurt if I sit or lay down. All muscles are very painful and knee will not hold any weight. Just sort of collapses. Has only been like this since I got up this AM.

As a first line management you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief.
If symptoms persists better to consult a neurologist and plan for an MRI scan.
