What Causes Pain In The Scrotum Of A 4 Year Old?
My son is 4 years old and has been complaining of sore scrotum. Mabe off and on for the last 2 weeks. There is nothing on the outside thats looks abnormal. so must be on the inside? Seem to be the area directly under hisn penis (when it hangs down) Thankyou

Hi.... by what you say I feel that your son may be having an epidydimorchitis. It is an inflammation of the epididymis in the region exactly where your quoating the pain to be. I suggest you consult a physician regarding this as this will require an antibiotic therapy and prompt treatment.
