What Causes Pain In The Scrotum?

Hello, I m a 21 male and I ve been having a bit of trouble recently my scrotum has been slightly aching lately and I have no injuries but its starting to really freak me out my mind keeps telling me that it may be cancer or some other disease please help, thank you

Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
It appears from your description that you are unnecessarily worried about things like cancer.
Pain what you are experiencing in the scrotum could be due to inflammation or infection of testis or its associated glands.
Kindly get a clinical examination done by consulting a Surgeon in this regard.
Also, you can undergo a scrotal ultrasound scan to know what could be the probable cause for it.
If it is inflammation or infection, it can be treated by administering analgesic and antibiotic medications.
Do not strain yourself by doing streanous physical activities. Give adequate scrotal support. Take plenty of fluids to keep yourself hydrated.
