What Causes Pain In The Scrotum?

Hello yes I am experiencing pain in my scrotum , not so much my testies but I can feel veins and tendons around beneath the bottom shaft of my penis and my testicle that are very tender and they cause an ache when I sit . I notice one testicle isn t horizontal like the other but more vertical. this has been going on a few months and I am 47 yrs of age.
