Hello,

As what I under from your history is you need to meet up an electrocardiophysiologist. Because some times due to having a lag in the electrophysiological activity in the heart there might be leading to symptoms gets disorganised.

Coming to depression part there are research articles supporting to exercise helps getting rid of depression. Sometimes one needs to make sure that having more depression leads to set in of the fatigue in the body and make restrictions of the physical activity of the individual leading to other abnormal reactions in the body and other symptoms.

Usually, when you visit an ER the treatment is composed of symptomatic and needs a thorough examination for the same. As you mentioned all reports turned normal I feel a particulate specialist will be of help.

As mentioned earlier about exercising I will recommend you to take a cardiac clearance certificate from the cardiologists and start involving in exercise. In my practice of 12 years, I have seen that depression can be removed with the help of physical exercise as it makes the brain works more into positive energy and release of testosterone helps to make mood lift.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
