General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for the query.
Your oroblems can be-
-pain or sprain /muscle pain /trauma/osteoporosis... leading to pain in scapular movements which aid physicall mechanism of respiration
-breathlessness due to allergic or bacterial bronchitis/asthma/pneumonitis /heart problem or severe anemia. All of these would cause more stress to thorasic cage & scapula... thus leading to pain.
You need a physician 's consultation for exact diagnosis &treatment.
Thanks.
