What Causes Pain In The Shoulders Along With Pain During Urination?
Thank you for the opportunity I have knee and shoulder pains for the past 5 months. Have taken antibiotics and some NSAID medications and could not heal up... Some doctors say its, septic, other say, rheumatic , while a recent vist doctor told me its gono arthritis because i have pain during and after urination. please help me diagnose

I think this may be related to rheumatoid conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis. You can do a total blood count and possibly the anti-ANA antibodies to clarify it.
