What Causes Pain In The Side Of Buttocks And Hips?

Hello, for almost 2 weeks I am having pain in the side of butt, hip. When I lay down if I try to put my feet together and flatten my knees it pulls on the outside of my butt hip. I cant lay on my sides, and I almost have to lie on back and align my hips to relieve pain. I do not remember doing anything to cause. After a few minutes of walking I am limping causing my knee to start to hurt

I really appreciate your concern, such pain could be due to some spinal disk problem it can be managed with any analgesic but more important is to know the cause of this and for that better get done the x-ray of dorsal spine and lumbo sacral spine, hope this information helps, take care and have nice day.
