What Causes Pain In The Sole Of The Foot?

hi, I have pain on the bttom of my foot closer to my toes, that feels like I HAVE A PIECE OF GLASS IN IT. My ankle has been acting up for a few days. When sitting I FEEL SOME SENSATION AND A LITTLE BURNING IN IT. I t hurts the worst when I m going down the stares. I m going on vacation today and worries me that I COULD INFLAME THIS MORE. wHAT DO YUO THINK THIS COULD BE.

Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to plantar fasciitis.

I suggest using anti-inflammatory medicine for the pain such as Ibuprofen.

I also recommend doing stretching exercises.
