What Causes Pain In The Stomach Muscle?

my 9 year old has been complaining of stomach muscle pain with i associated to doing sit ups in PE class this week. Tonight he is in tears because his testicle hurts and the pain radiates to his side. He has no fever, no vomiting, no diarrhea. He has been fine until 30 minutes ago.

You should immediately take your child to a general surgeon and rule out any torsion of testis as it is a surgical emergency if he has it
