What Causes Pain In The Stomach, Nausea And Dizziness?

I started hurting in right rib area and right shoulder blade.Then I started having sharp pains in these areas that come and go but are almost as bad as labor pains.Now I have pain and tenderness in mid and lower right side to lower back accompanied with loose bowels.I also have had some nausea and dizziness .

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have pain in the stomach, nausea and dizziness. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query gastroenteritis , panic attack , lactose intolerance , irritable bowel syndrome . food poisoning or drug allergy. I would suggest you to avoid food like nuts and sea fool , avoid bending forward , take ove the counter anti histamine like benadryl and take ibuprogen or acetaminopehn for pain . Consult gastroenterologist for proper examination Doctor may order allergy test , stool test and ultrasound . Doctor may prescribe immunosuppressants , anti inflammatory , omeprazole antiemetic drug and antibiotics . Doctor may also refer you to ENT specialist for ear problem .
