General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

Noted your history of pain in abdomen, nausea, little acid in vomiting, dizziness and feels hot when nausea is present.
The commonest causes I can think about are as follows:
Gastroenteritis.
Gastritis.
Colitis.
All these can be diagnosed by the following ways:
Consult your Doctor for clinical evaluation, examination nad get started with symptomatic and supportive treatment in the form of a PPI like Omeprazole, Domperidone for nausea and antispasmodic for pain in abdomen.
Take antacids when on empty stomach.
IF this does not help much then you may need an upper GI Endoscopy and any additional management for example if there is bacterial intestinal infection then you may need an antibiotic and probiotics.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. T. Chandrakant, General Surgeon
