What Causes Pain In The Tailbone While Urinating After Injury?
I fell on my back and tailbone. Now I m having a sort of weird pain when I urinate. It s not a burning like with a UTI. It s more when I m almost finished urinating I get this strange feeling inside that seems to start inside from where re you urinate and runs up thru my body. It s not a burning or sharp pain...
I think this pain is not related to UTI. It is related to coccygeal trauma. You may need some time to heal about two weeks. You may need to take anti-inflammatory drugs such as Advil or pain.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
Dr Olgeta Xhufka , General & Family Physician
