hello doctor my name is xxx About 3 days ago i started to have pain in my right testicle and then left some time both and my penis after and during urination. After urinating it burns also. It burns and pains throughout the day also but the pain is very minor. testicle does not hurts when i touch it but minor pain that is bearable. after i face this problem the next day i was feeling an urgent need to urinate but every time pass a little , while urinating still burning but dont feel urgent need more.
