What Causes Pain In The Testicle When Diagnosed With Epididymitis?

Hi , Respected Sir, i felt pain in my left testis 10 year ago. my left testis was also a little bit swollen , i used Disprin and it become normal. but after that it occurs often. i go to doctor he diagnosed epididymitis . but if it is epididmytis then why it is not consistent. it become normal after ejaculation. and only happens if do not ejaculate for 10 to 15 days.

can also be due to tuberculosis and also a mass presingvand causing pain
1. urinalysis for infection of the urine
2. Full haemogram to check for infection if the WBCs are raised ESR for T
3. Testcular ultra sound for assessment of the swelling
4. FNA for cytology the mass to confirm for the mass of its tumour
Treatment depends on the outcome.
Analgesics
antibiotics for infection
Consult urologist.
