What Causes Pain In The Testicle?
hi wondering if you could help me auickly with this issue, my testical hurts /ie the scrotum (right side) it comes and goes and isnt a big pain just enough for me to think something may be wrong, sometimes it gets worse ive had a urine sample, came back clean im not sure what to do next

It is better to consult general surgeon nearby and get your testes examined...
Examination also done for redness or any fluid accumulation in scrotum
If mild orchitis present than brufen will be good to relieve inflammation
If pain is severe than torsion should be evaluated
