What Causes Pain In The Testicle?
Hello Doc. I seem to have slight pain on my right testicle about a day after my chihuahua dof stepped on my right testicle. It really hurted at the moment it happened but then went away. Now my right testicle is kinda swollen amd hurts and also feel lile a lump of some sort at the back of my right testicle. No pain at urination nor boold on semen. Could it be testicle tortion or trauma?

Consult a general surgeon and get an ultrasound scan done. We have to rule out possibilities like hematoma that can develop after a blunt trauma scrotum.
