What Causes Pain In The Testicles After Ejaculation?
My spermatic cord(not sure is it spermatic cord or not, but somewhere on top of testicle which are connected to my testicle) started paining on both sides after natural ejaculation in night. That is happening sporadically at irregular intervals. The pain is mild. I had open hernia surgery 3 weeks ago. I used to have the same pain before surgery also. I thought hernia was causing that pain. I am having the same even after surgery. What causes this pain and what is the solution? Please help me and thanks in advance...

Testicular pain is not because of hernia, otherwise it would have healed after hernia surgery that you had.
1. Ducts carrying sperms to the penis have a muscular coat which may get a spasm after ejaculation & hence cause pain, this pain is due to the spasm in the duct. Keep masturbation & sexual life normal.
2. Trauma, tight pants or underwear, jogging, cycling, drug abuse etc which causes prolonged sexual arousal with decreased blood flow generally results in pain after ejaculation.
3. Delay in orgasm leads to EH, epididymal hypertension & causes discomfort. When blood stays in the genital area for too long( some people may remain aroused for an extended period of time without a release or decrease in arousal).
Other causes can be testicular torsion, Epididymitis, prostatitis, kidney stones, diabetic neuropathy or infection (STI). You are suggested to get physically examined, your treatment will depend upon the pathology detected.
