What Causes Pain In The Testicles And Burning Sensation In The Lower Abdomen?

I have testicles pain, specially the left one, i also have burns feelings on the left Lower Abdomen. Sometimes i got light red skin on my left Lower Abdomen. I got high testicle pain after masturbation. Please tell me the possible reasons and what are the treatments and solutions. If you can also please name the medicines. Thank You!

I have gone through your query. Your problem can be most likely due to epididymitis. A physical examination by your general practitioner will be helpful to rule out this. Antibiotic therapy will be needed to clear this. I would suggest broad spectrum antibiotics like ofloxacin in such case. If you had any history of risky unprotected sex then better to go for a STD panel test to rule out STDs also.
