What Causes Pain In The Testicles And Burning Sensation In The Lower Abdomen?
I have testicles pain, specially the left one, i also have burns feelings on the left Lower Abdomen. Sometimes i got light red skin on my left Lower Abdomen. I got high testicle pain after masturbation. Please tell me the possible reasons and what are the treatments and solutions. If you can also please name the medicines. Thank You!

Hi Thank you for asking HCM I have gone through your query. Your problem can be most likely due to epididymitis. A physical examination by your general practitioner will be helpful to rule out this. Antibiotic therapy will be needed to clear this. I would suggest broad spectrum antibiotics like ofloxacin in such case. If you had any history of risky unprotected sex then better to go for a STD panel test to rule out STDs also.
