What Causes Pain In The Testicles During Bowel Movement With Lumps In The Scrotum?
Im scared to tell my parents about my problem. When I need to poop my testicles starts to hurt. When I m not moving or laying in bed my testicles starts to hurt and I got two lumps moveing freely on top on my scrotums, when I touch my testis it hurts When I lay down it hurts bad when I m doing an activity the pain goes away. Please help

Are you getting pain from the lumps appeared date. How is the lumps? probably pain may be due to infection or cyst or sinus etc.
Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is.
Avoid tight clothing around the scrotum, use painkiller medication if necessary.
If symptoms not improved please consult your surgeon he will examine and treat you accordingly.
