What Causes Pain In The Testicles During Urination?
My 10 yr old had to be taken to er for vomiting n abdominal pain, was discharged n diagnosed w food poisoning, now we r home n he urinated for the first time since the hospital but started complaining that his testicles hurt when he peed, any ideas y?

It could be due to conditions like epididymitis or orchitis.
As a first line management you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief.
If symptoms persists better to consult a urologist and plan for an ultrasound scan.
