When I have a good bowel movement....my balls hurt so bad it makes you feel like crying. For about 30 minutes it is building and getting more intense. Then it will ease back to a pain that just hangs right there. My ball sack is also bigger.hmhellbive set on

You may have an infection in the epididymus or testicles. It puts more pressure on the area when you have a bowel movement. See a doctor for evaluation and treatment.
