My 8 year old son has been having occasional pain in his thighs and ankles for the past few years which i was told were growing pains.His doctor ordered a lot of tests including a CBC which was normal but his ANA was 1;80. He has not had any fatigue, headaches rashes or fevers and always seems healthy. Could he have a disease
