What Causes Pain In The Thighs?

I am 66 and have been taking prolia for about 2 and a half years now. Within the last year I have had lower back pain twice and most recently it was quite severe. Be fore this last bout and currently both of my thighs seemed to have some pain. I work out quite often, play golf, swim, bike, walk. Since I m very active, it puzzles me as to why I suddenly have had this pain. Could it be related to taking the prolia? Thank you for help. Jennifer

Hi,

Most probably the pain is related to spine related problems and not related to Prolia.

As of now, you can take analgesics like Tramadol or Gabapentin for pain relief. If symptoms persist better to consult an orthopedic and get evaluated, in that case, you have to get an MRI scan for further assessment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
