What Causes Pain In The Throat Post Abscess Drain?
hi over a wek and half ago I had an abcess draind in my throat. I ws unable to afford the steroids prescribed after they drained it. so all ive been taking is the antibioics. however my throat is hurting again. I feel like I may be starting to come back what ddo u think

Post drainage of the abscess, a short course of antibiotic and steroid is usually required to heal the residual infection and inflammation. if not taken, then it can cause delayed healing which is the cause of your pain. I will advise you to take antibiotic and steroid after consulting your physician.
