What Causes Pain In The Throat While Swallowing?
My throat hurts when I swallow and I cannot open my mouth wide only can just about open it. Also my neck hurts I cannot turn left or right or even put my head up with out wanting to cry because of the pain. This has been happening for atleast four days now.

I think you should get examined by doctor to check your throat. You may be suffering from infected tonsils that is causing these symptoms. You better go to an ENT doctor to check you.
