What Causes Pain In The Tip Of The Penis?

My son went swimming yesterday, stated the night and when i picked him up he started complaining this the tip of his penis hurts. What can I do to make it feel better? He says he can t let it come out because he knows it s going to sting. Any answers would be great, thanks.

You did not mention the age of your son and also if there is history of any bleeding and difficulty in urination. Most commonly this is due to stone in bladder and can be treated successfully. Kindly visit an urologist.
