rinse your mouth with warm saline water. take tab riboflavin sto taking hot tea and coffee.apply boroglycerine in tongue. sto smoking or chewing tobacco.
Hi, Thanks for your question, May be warm water and lemon can be the cause of tongue soreness. otherwise, vitamin deficiency, infection can be. So,my advise, you can stop warm water and lemon in morning for someday, i think it will improve. otherwise consult with an physician to rule out other condition. Thanks
