What Causes Pain In The Top Of The Right Foot?

I have developed a pain on the top of my right foot. It only occurs when I step a certain way. At the time it first happened, I had just begun to walk on a treadmill. The paint was momentary and I continued with the workout without. incident. Over the last 24 hours the pain has returned and become more frequent.

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Maybe you have a ligament tear. In a certain way if it stretches then only you are saying it’s painful. For this, we wanted to examine you to find which part of your leg is injured. If that can’t be done, at least symptomatic treatment will be better.

Ligament will heal on its own and doesn't require any intervention. So, for now, you can take any painkiller for your help and leave it to heal. Kindly rest your limb for some time.

Hope this information helps you sort out your problems. If you feel it’s helpful then kindly give me a user thank vote.
Happy Health!
Regards,
Dr. Archana
