What Causes Pain In The Upper Abdomen During Bowel Movement?

From time to time I will have to have a bowel movement and once it starts my upper belly starts to hurt and then once it begins I start to throw up....My GP sent me to an endocronologist a couple years ago and he did a colonoscopy and endoscope and all he said was I had mild reflux which I have never been bothered with. This has been going on for a number of years and noone seems to have an answer
