What Causes Pain In The Upper Abdomen?
My son is 23 years old. He has been complaining all day of pain in his upper stomach. He can t lay down and get comfortable. He said it doesn t hurt to take a deep breath (I asked because he fell in basketball last night). He didn t eat dinner, we gave him pepto bismol and it hasn t helped. He has gone to the bathroom and said it doesn t feel better. He had a tetanus shot two days ago - he had to get stitches. probably unrelated. What can I do to help to help him

ur son fell.down n no pain on deep breath seems no pleuritis or peritonitis but do usg abdomen for rule out n.i think he might get pain cz of muscle stretching or lit tearing due to pressure dont worry take pain killer n antispasmodic
