What Causes Pain In The Upper Abdomen?

Hi, I ve had this hollow and painful emptiness in upper abdominal under left ribs and toward middle of chest. A lot of belching but not passing gas from other end. Had some bouts of loose stools. No appetite, after couple bites I m done. Some acid burning also, bloated very uncomfortable. Woke up this way this morning and it seems to be getting worse. Any suggestions pleasee

Pain in left side of abdomen with bloating and mild diarrhea suggest towards viral gastroenteritis or functional bowel problem

I need following details for giving more comment..
1.Fever associated?
2. Frequency of stool per day
3.mucus or blood present in stool??
4.smoking or stress associated??

For your problem pantoprazole like tablet can be prescribed

Drink more water to Maintain hydration

Avoid excess spicy foods

Simethicone can be prescribed for relieve from gas problem

Avoid high fatty foods and excess soft drinks

If no improvement then USG, CBC and stool examination done for further course of management
