I am a type 2 diabetic, I have been unemployed for 6 weeks, very sedentary in that time. I can drink up to 3 or 4 bottles of wine per week. My stomach starts to hurt on the second or third day of NOT drinking. I have sleep apnea, I m over weight but really have been active up until recently. All I want to do is sleep. I m only 55 and recently an empty nester. The pain in my abdominal area is upper center and then lower sides and often feels like gas and just be bloated from maybe just eating one egg. feeling concerned
Upper central pain may be due to two reasons. One is due to gaseous abdomeN. If it doesn't pass out it also enfact to central and lower abdomen where the channel of intestine are present. Here gas rotate one to another place that's why roatating pain in abdomen occur. If gas will pass out patient get relief. Second is your liver may start damage due to alcohol. Please go for LFT test and consult you doctor
