What Causes Pain In The Upper And Lower Arms?
my husband has been having bilateral pain in the upper arm and lower arm with pushing pulling and turning but today is really bad in the right (dominant) arm. Cannot lift anything. Has pain to the upper and forearm. Works as electrician in mill. Saw nurse there and had ice and use IBU. But still really sore.

I have gone through the medical history of your husband and am sorry for the painful situation he is going through.
As per your description, your husband :
- is having pain in the upper/lower arms with pushing pulling and turning
- cannot lift anything
- works as electrician in mill
- saw nurse: advised ice and IBU
- still having sore arms
In order to understand his pain, I want to know if there is any chance for your husband to have been exposed to any electrical shock?
Is there any joint swelling? If yes, can you send a photo or describe at what degree?
If I was his caring doctor, as the pain is not getting better by using IBU or ice pack, I'd advise to consult further with neurologist and run neurological examination and EMG.
Supplementation with Magnesium, Zinc, Calcium, etc, is recommended to ease the pain and weakened muscles.
Discuss with his neurologist if physiotherapy can help.
