What Causes Pain In The Upper Back After Lifting A Trailer?
About two months ago I had backed up to a trailer and had to lift straight up. My Back was to the trailer and I lifted up. It was quite heavy, any way my upper back was in bad pain after the next day, It has let up but still hurts, and it hurts to breath some times, Is a rupture in the lower groin area? And what could I possibly have hurt . Maybe some torn muscles?
Hello and welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
As a physician i would like to tell you that according to your symptoms and history what you must have been suffering from is Muscle strain. You should take a medicine like Tab Zerodol-MR two times a day for 5 days. I would also suggest that, even after taking the medicine, the pain continues, you should visit a physician to get clinical examination done to determine the extent of injury.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Abhijeet
