What Causes Pain In The Upper Back After Taking Cipro?
I am on Paxil and Metopropol (for high blood pressure) and I have always been able to take Cipro 250 Mg. before I was ever on these two medicines. I took a Cipro the other day as per the doctor s orders and after the first Cipro my upper back hurt terrible from the bra line up to my neck. I finally went to bed. This has never happen before.

Upper back pain may not be related to your drugs. It may just be a mechanical pain. I will advise you take a pain drug like Aceclofenac if the pain is intense and a myorelaxant like Miorel. If pain persists, you see the doctor for examination.
