What Causes Pain In The Upper Back, Neck And Shoulders?

Hi i am 33y female. Have syrinx at t7 for about 7 years(that when it was found). Two bottom disks bulging. Have very bad pain in upper back,neck,shoulders. All back feels burning. No urge to urinate at all. Go just because i think i wasnt there for a while. Usually go in morning once a day and before i go to bed. Tramadol and amitriptyline dont help for pain.
