What Causes Pain In The Upper Back While Suffering From Congestive Heart Failure?
Yes I have a question , I have congestive heart failure, I ve been in the hospitalized several times . I been experiencing some uncomfortable pain that starts in my upper back goes to down my arm .I m tired most of the time but I push myself it getting very hard for me be able to have a normal life .

In congestive heart failure cases, your heart is not able to pump blood effectively to various organs.
So you might feel tiredness. I suggest you check your hemoglobin level to rule out anemia if present.
You can check your serum TSH as well to rule out hypothyroidism.
You should take regular medicine for congestive heart failure like a diuretic and gradually you will improve.
