I have silent reflux from last 4 months and having medicines too, but I still feeling uncomfortable many times and special at night, although that happen whenever I eat something wrong. Hi, I think you should go for an abdominal ultrasound to rule out the causes of pain. It can be due to gall bladder problem or may be some kidney disease. Ultrasound will help 8n making a clear diagnosis. Discuss with your doctor regarding this. Hope I have answered your question.
