What Causes Pain In The Upper Chest While Breathing?

I fell two days ago I have a disc that is bulging a L4-5. Believed this caused the fall cause leg just gave out. The problem now is I have pain on my upper right chest area. I may have landed on something in the garage but I don remember. There is no bruises just a sharp pain when I move a creation way. Also when I take a deep breath.
