What Causes Pain In The Upper Stomach Radiating To The Back?

I have had an attack of pancreatitis years ago and I think I am having similar pain again. It hurts a lot in my upper stomach area to breath and the pain is radiating to my back. Can I do something at home to deal with it. I have taken an anti-inflamatory and an acid reflux pill with no relief and it has gone on since about 2:00 PM?

hi..you are in thinking in right direction..
possibility of pancreatitis is much higher..
dont do home tteatment go for doctors consultation...have CBC , LFT , SERUM AMYLASE , SERUM CALCIUM and USG orCT SCAN ABDOMEN..to rule out pancreatic pathology..
have expert treatment accordingly...
