What Causes Pain In The Upper Thigh Bone?

I was just walking I m 51 and female 11 days ago and the pain onset unbearable in my right upper thigh bone and it has no breaks it has been X-rayed but the pain is worse and at night it is even worse and now it s all the way down to the foot. What could be wrong

Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, such pain could be due to the spasm and it may be due to wrong gait, if I would be doctor of this case then I would treat this condition with Tab Chlorzoxazone and Diclofenac once in day, care need to be taken while walking, if the symptoms persist then it may be due to sciatica and to confirm this MRI is must hope this information helps.
