What Causes Pain In The Vagina During Intercourse?
I am 51 female with alot of issues. I have super pain as I call it when I try to have sex with my husband. It feels like sand paper and knife blades inside me. I try to just pretend I am ok but I am not. I had a perscription for premiran cream. Lost my insurance and a tube is 355.00 with a coupon. Yes I also have bleeding and recovery can take days. Please help me. Sorry I am broke. I guess I will keep trying.
Hi Thanks for posting on HCM At 51, such symptoms while having sex may be explain by dry vagina due to low female sex hormones that come with menopause.Sex during this period may be very traumatic and can bleed.I will suggest you use sex lubricants for lubrication. If pain persist and bleeding persist, you see the Gynecologist for examination. You will then have to be investigated for cervical and uterine tumors like cancer, polyps, fibroids..since they are capable of bleeding especially after sex. Hope this will help Best regards
