What Causes Pain In The Vagina During Orgasm?

I have pain during orgasm that radiates from just above my vagina (about where my public hairline is). These cramps are very different from the uterine cramps I experienced during menstruation. These cramps started after menopause (I am post menopausal).

if the pain u r experiencing is of recent onset... pls get pap n biopsy done... pls don't delay. the condition is called dyspareunia. after menopause it may be seen but... better follow my advice
