What Causes Pain In The Wrists?
Hello, around 3 pm both of my wrists started aching, like a dull bone ache, and it has gotten a little more noticeable by evening. Ice and rest bother my wrists as well. I haven t injured my wrists and have done nothing different out of the ordinary. I don t spend much time on a computer, I am a teacher. Any ideas?

I have gone through your query and understand your concerns.
Based upon your symptoms arthritis is the most common cause for that. You can have a RA factor test done to rule out that. In such cases what happens is some food like tomatoes,potatoes,fish etc will aggravate the pain. I suggest you to take tablet.zerodol mr if you have more pain as usually we prescribe that to our patients.
