General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
from history it seems that you might be having some degenerative changes in your hip joint and spines giving rise this type of pain and clicking sound while movement.
Go for x-ray hip joint and cervical, lumbo-sacral spines.
Consult orthopedic surgeon.
Go for physiotherapy, short way diathermy and cervical traction as advice by surgeon.
Take calcium, vitamin A and D supplements.
Ok and take care.
