What Causes Pain In Thigh With Normal X-ray And Negative Doppler Study?

I have been having pain in the back of my left thigh for three months, I had a doppler study which was negative, also had a lumbar mri which was negative. Xray of the back and left hip came back negative. The pain is still there and I am experiencing weakness when standing. I don t know what else to do.
