What Causes Pain In Throat And Chest Followed By Eye Burning And Headache?

My son 12 years old, started a medication as prescribed by a Physician 5 days back for pain in throat and pain in right side of the chest (upper part of lungs) (He was saying that he felt that the food was going to lungs... . Medicines were Sucrasil O gel (liquid) (before food) & Rabiking - tab (empty stomach). Advised not to take cold water or items. He was alright for 2 days but from tomorrow night onwards he is compalining about the same problem but today added with the problem of eye burning and headache. In the morning he had a vomitting sensation. Kindly advise.

Hi,

Your son might be suffering form atypical infection which can involve eyes, throat and chest. I suggest you should visit local physician for chest X-ray and complete blood count testing. Your son also need to start oral antibiotics Clarithromycin. He can take soft diet.
