What Causes Pain In Throat While Swallowing While Having Lupus And Stomach Problems?
Hi I have been having stomach problems for a long time. I suffer from gastritis, pancreatitis, acid reflux and many other ailments. I also have lupus. I havenoticed lately that my throat has been hurting from time to time. Sometimes it hurts to swallow and it feels dry. I thought maybe it was from dryness in the room but it hurts to the point that you cannot touch my neck and it feels like it tightens up. could it be something to do with my esophagus or acid reflux

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the anxiety and depression then this could cause acid reflux disease to great extent, try to come out of this condition, throat manifestation could be due to acid reflux disease, in my opinion over all condition can be managed with "Tab Omeprazole with Domperidone 40/30 mg once in day, continue this medicines for six weeks, this is nothing to worry, everything would be fine, take care.
